NOCO's assistant store manager are responsible for running a profitable store location
by creating a positive store culture to ensure success in all of customer service, profitability, operations, staff development, loss prevention, merchandise flow, store maintenance, and budget/expense management.
What NOCO requires of you:
* At least 6 months of retail experience is required, c-store experience is preferred;* Possess excellent communication and customer service skills;* Have an understanding of basic accounting principles;* Have a high attention to detail;* Must have a can-do attitude with a team player mentality.
