Beverwyck-Eddy Senior Living Sous Chef in Slingerlands, New York

We are seeking a Sous Chef who will prepare dishes aligned with fine dining and excellent presentation.

The Sous Chef is responsible for creative menu and food preparation consistent with expectations of restaurant quality meals.

Job duties include preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Formal culinary training preferred. Responsible for opening and closing of kitchen. Duties also include general cleaning and maintain sanitation of kitchen.

A Qualified Candidate would have:
- Prior Sous Chef experience preferred
- Restaurant experience in fine dining establishment a plus
- Food prep specific to special diets
