ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Support Dermatology, Rheumatology and Gastroenterology Professional Relations Leads - 50%
    • Customer Engagement Activities:
    • Congress Planning :
      • Coordinate with Marketing in preparing a comprehensive congress planner and meeting tracker.
      • Assist the commercial teams with the key internal congress planning processes: plan development, facilitation/coordination of all Opinion Leaders communications, congress calendar documentation, and logistical planning.
      • Lead the coordination of all customer engagement activities including customer meetings, 1:1 meetings, insight dinners, and other initiatives.
      • Manage the onsite scheduling and coordination of room assignments for Opinion Leaders and internal meetings at the conference.
      • Ensure appropriate meeting preparation and alignment among Pfizer teams.
    • Advisory Boards:
      • Manage the annual approval process for all advisory initiatives.
      • Manage individual engagement activities, which include ensuring timely submission of all internal documentation required for advisory program approval.
      • Coordinate meetings with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on advisory program objectives.
      • Coordinate planning meetings with advisors and Pfizer team to ensure appropriate preparation for advisory programs.
      • Develop content for advisory programs, including agendas, slide presentations, etc.
    • 1:1 Meetings:
      • Coordinate all meetings between customers and professional relations team.
      • Develop customer contact plan and tracker to ensure the appropriate frequency of communication is achieved with customers.

  • Customer Database Management:
  • Manage the US opinion leader strategic plan (dashboard) for Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, and Dermatologists.
  • Ensure up to date contact information for identified customers.
  • Organize customer information in an easily accessible and understandable manner.

  • Special Projects:
  • As directed, provide support for other initiatives relevant to the professional relations team.

  • Support Eucrisa Marketing Team - 50%
    • General Administrative:
    • Provide administrative support for the HCP Team Lead and HCP team members.
    • Perform all support to the HCP Team Lead/members including administrative and clerical duties such as managing each individual's calendar, scheduling meetings for team as well as those requested by agency partners, preparing documents, setting up meeting rooms, arranging tele-conferences, drafting presentations, answering calls, schedule travel, manage and submit expense reports ensuring reports are accurate and compliant, working with other team admin to ensure alignment of calendars across the team etc.

  • Marketing Initiatives:
  • Manage the tactics/initiatives outlined in product strategic plans, i.e., projects such as vendor management, monitoring the critical paths of projects, etc.
  • Manage logistics for marketing campaigns, product launches, events and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts including meetings

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have the ability to travel 25% of the time

Domestic travel required

There will be 10-12 meetings that will require weekend travel to support key congresses

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in an administrative support role
  • Ability to act with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to handle tasks with little direction
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills and abilities
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships
  • Strongly developed problem solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Domestic travel required and will include working a minimum of 8 Weekends throughout the year. Overtime will be expected and paid for.
