It takes talented people to support the US firm of the largest professional services organization in the world. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents inside PwC.
As part of Internal Firm Services, you're serving an organization on par with many of our external clients. Our Internal Firm Services team consists of first-rate marketers, human resource professionals, computer technologists, knowledge managers, accountants, financial planners, administrators and leaders. Internal Firm Services staff are the people who make it work for the people who make it work for our clients.
The Responsible Business Leadership (RBL) function utilizes the time and skills of our people
the breadth of their diversity and thinking, and richness of their experiences
and the resources of the firm to address important societal issues impacting our stakeholders. The firm’s commitment to RBL promotes the health and well-being of our organization, our people, and our communities. RBL's programs and initiatives elevate the firm’s brand and reputation as a responsible leader, drive meaningful social impact and delivers RBL as a tool for employee engagement. Additionally, the function contributes to the firm’s core business strategy, can enhance client experience, and empower the firm’s people.
While RBL’s strategy and structure serves as a guide for our actions, the team remains nimble to address the changing needs of the business and continues to seek innovative solutions to the issues and opportunities we face. While each team member focuses on a particular area of responsibility, everyone is expected to work collaboratively across RBL and firm functions, and serve as an overall RBL subject matter expert both internally and externally.
The Responsible Business Leadership (RBL) team oversees cross-strategic areas and possesses detailed knowledge of the key goals, activities, challenges and successes that are central to a well-rounded and high performing team. The small nature of the team compels each resource to have a sophisticated understanding of a particular area of responsibility but an equally robust working understanding of the related areas to step in, as appropriate, and serve as an overall RBL subject matter expert.
