CTS is seeking an experienced Provider Data Specialist to join the Open:Factset team. The Open:FactSet Marketplace will be the premier marketplace for financial content and alternative data, serving both third party data-providers and data-hungry clients. It will provide content providers access to FactSet's integration, concordance, and feed distribution technologies, creating a powerful platform for the redistribution of new and unique data feeds. Customers, existing and new, will have access to a wide array of pre-linked standard feeds and tools from which they can derive value and help drive their investment decisions.

The Data Specialist will oversee and manage the integration of Data Exchange content, collaborating with Open:FactSet Providers and various internal groups, including Data Exchange Engineering, Standard DataFeeds PD, and CTS Data Science to onboard new products and to manage existing Provider integrations. The Data Specialist will be responsible for building validation tests to ensure timeliness & quality in the existing integrations while developing an expertise to comfortably speak with authority on Provider data related questions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Coordinate product integration efforts between Strategy, Content, Engineering, and Providers.

Develop expertise around Provider products and support client, provider, and internal product questions.

Prioritize and coordinate product updates/changes and foster feedback dialog with the Providers and engineering.

Set and track timeliness and quality objectives for data delivery and proactively follow up to address issues.

Collaborate with Data Exchange Engineering to create and refine Provider facing integration tools.
