satisfaction. Site visits to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget and to make sure they are running efficiently. Sourcing of new clients/projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for initial project planning including planning the build process, producing a critical path and understanding the timing of each stage. Project Manager will manage all staff on a company project by recruiting a team and allocating tasks to relevant assistant project managers. Project Manager should also identify suitable contractors for the projects and be
ultimately responsible for their completion of the scope of work. The Project Manager oversees and monitors the project by setting benchmarks and identifying in advance whether the project is on target to finish on time and within budget. The Project Manager is responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project and for
managing forecasts, change orders and any changes to the scope of work of a project. The Project Manager must keep the project team informed of forecasts and changes and must also ensure that the company management and client are informed. Day-to-Day management functions include meeting with Site Supervisor Daily to coordinate onsite issues, subcontractor changes, quality management, site safety, etc. Set out tasks for Assistant Project Manager, ensure all submittals, logs, invoicing, RFIs are updated. Ensure costs are kept in line with projections, manage invoice and staff resources with Project Administrator. Daily management of all aspects of a project, including financial, schedule and quality management.
