The Assurance Innovation group is developing capabilities leveraging the latest in Open Source technologies to automate and accelerate our client engagements across the enterprise. We are focused on incorporating the latest in machine learning, Big Data, NoSQL, cutting edge development languages,
and advanced data processing techniques to include structured and unstructured information in a loosely coupled ecosystem delivering a technology platform that positions PwC for the future.
The Technology Analyst Group will be transforming the way PwC does business. This group will help identify and test the latest technologies and trends that will drive innovation and disruption for the entire firm. The Technology Analyst Group will take part in building a unique platform that assist the firm in analyzing new technologies, understanding their potential and matching technologies to business requirements.
This group will constantly be learning and understanding cutting edge technologies in various fields including AI, NLP, IPA and more.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree with a Double major, or major and minor, combining a technical focus in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science or related degree
with a professional serves oriented focus
Business / Economics or related degree.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in broad technology understanding including the following areas:
Designing a full technical solution architecture (system planning or software development);
Designing and building analytical procedures or software;
Generating reporting output for leadership;
Understanding of two or more of the following development languages: Python, PHP, Java or equivalent, Natural Language Processing, system architecture, API design, Cyber Security, BI, CRM, RPA, IPA; and,
Demonstrating some knowledge in an applied subject matter such as finance, accounting, energy, or health care.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in data analytics in the following areas:
Working with development, data analytics and programming/scripting, utilizing Python, Java, C#, C++, Scala and SQL;
Applying moderately complex mathematical or statistical methodologies;
-Understanding the intricacies of modern software integration such as RESTful APIs, microservices, Internet communications protocols, and PKI based authentication systems.
