Represent corporations, executives, and non-profit organizations in business litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, white collar investigations, and arbitrations. Prepare pleadings and motions, including complaints, answers, motions to dismiss, discovery motions and oppositions, motions for summary judgment, and evidentiary motions. Oversee discovery process. Interview fact witnesses to develop evidentiary records and case strategies. Work with expert witnesses to perform forensic accounting analysis and prepare expert reports.
