Randstad has an exciting new opportunity in a very reputable company in midtown Manhattan as a Sales Admin. This person will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure all administrative duties are taken care of as business may dictate. A great way to get your foot in the door!


  • Welcoming/ interacting with all clients, staff and management

  • Accomplishes complex clerical and administrative work; Schedule appointments and organize meetings and employee gatherings/events

  • Prepare and distribute presentations, sales materials, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents

  • Assist opening of new accounts and maintain existing accounts, including results tracking, customer files, and records.

  • Create and maintain detailed documents requiring high levels of accuracy

  • Answer telephone calls / screen and direct calls

  • Prepare/Calendar travel arrangements as necessary

  • Deliver cross-functional backup to administrative staff as needed

  • Perform other related assignments as business may dictate

Working hours: M-F



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience required

  • Experience in a sales related environment a plus!

  • Must be able to handle highly confidential information with discretion and possess a high level of integrity

  • Strong leadership abilities/ must be able to work independently with little to none supervision

  • Commendable project management skills, must be able to multi-task in a high-volume work environment

  • Excellent internal and external customer service orientation

  • Experience with AutoCAD is required

  • Organized time management abilities are preferred

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
