What You Will Be Doing

Our Benefit Administrators professionally and expediently handle the day-to-day needs of our clients.

Process benefit enrollments and changes

Collect and process time sensitive supporting documentation

Audit reports; researching issues with timely follow-up

Verify eligibility

Update carrier records

Create and generate reports and correspondence

Communicate with clients and vendors

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

2-4 years of experience in benefits administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well organized with solid attention to detail

Excellent math and communication skills, as well as strong demonstrated analytical abilities

Dependable self-starter who demonstrates initiative to create improvements

Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
