As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing analyses, reports and closing related work for department management. Process improvement and analysis in support of organization’s annual budget process, forecasts, or statistical reporting. Will assist in other financial projects and analyses of operational results.

  • Review monthly results including P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.

  • Prepare analysis, review variances, identify and resolve issues.

  • Review standardization and improvement of processes and procedures.

  • Assist in identifying and researching variances.

  • Assist in the review and preparation of the Canon Americas budget and sales forecasts for presentations to senior management.

  • Prepare analysis and assist with preparation of special projects and presentations for various meetings throughout the year.

  • Work with CUSA departments and affiliates to make closing of books accurately.

  • Process AP invoices, credits, and prepare information pertaining to sales incentives and marketing programs for customers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Strong financial experience in the following areasare required: P&L, analysis and forecasting, process work-flow, SOX.

  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

  • Excellent communication skills are required.

  • Working experience in RPA area would be preferred.

  • CPA would be a plus, but not required

  • Spanish would be plus.
