The graphic designer is responsible for multi-platform design concepts that maximize traffic and innovate storytelling. In this key role, the individual will produce both print and digital assets such as brochures, direct mail, advertising campaigns, interactive graphics, videos, and creative presentations for sales field use, social media platforms and the web.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented designer who can provide creative and visual solutions within brand guidelines. The successful candidate will be able to voice their opinions while being able to take direction and feedback. S/he should have well-developed, proven and creative skills and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Adobe CC with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as page layout and editorial design experience are required.

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic, web or digital design

  • 5-7 years of graphic design/desktop publishing experience

  • Working experience in Multimedia design

  • An understanding of branding, marketing and communications, and the ability to apply that knowledge to design

  • Expertise using Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience working with marketers, designers, writers, videographers, photographers and developerKnowledge of photography, video production, HTML, CSS, video/audio editing, Google Analytics is a plus.

  • A portfolio of relevant work is required as part of the resume submission.

  • Combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the creation and design of digital and print collateral that support sales and help to establish a premium company brand

  • Manage projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with project team and management to determine scope of project, developing sample layouts for approval, interfacing with outside vendors, presenting samples for approval, and preparing final layout for production.

  • Assures quality and adherence to corporate brand standards of all marketing collateral before production.

  • Supports other marketing team members through the development of digital and print templates that can be easily adapted and customized.

  • Create video animations for online and offline use.

  • Create PowerPoint presentation that are engaging and easy to follow.
