Kforce's client in Elmsford, New York (NY) would like to add a HRIS Analyst to their growing team. Essential Job Functions:

• Testing and implementation of interfaces

• Maintenance of HRMS tables and employee records in HRMS

• Process employee changes in HRMS system

• Performs data integrity audit within HRMS system

• Develops training manuals and train users on new HRMS functionalities

• Create and generate reports using queries that pull from the HRMS system tables via MS Access

• Creates positions, job codes, and pay grades in HRMS system

• Provides technical support to HRMS users and troubleshoot errors received

• Performs scheduled interface runs for preparation of data feed from Kronos timekeeper to ADP PayForce (payroll system)

• Monitors new hire data feed, review for accuracy and correct errors

• Recommends process improvements

• Supervises and provide workload for temps

• Serves as a key liaison with internal departments and outside vendors

• Strong experience using the Kronos system

• Very technical and system savvy

• Ability to follow direction well

• Able to work well with a team

• Comfortable with handling multiple tasks at once
