Superior Group is looking for Program Analyst for our client located in East Aurora, NY
Plans, coordinates, schedules, and suggests changes to program plans.
Provides delivery information to Master Scheduling based on lead-time.
Determines Engineering Order change effectiveness and impacts on schedules.
Monitors flow of parts and initiates kit pulls to A&T, Line of balance charts.
Resolves own program plan problems independently.
Coordinates with other departments to provide a workable production schedule and assist in correcting work center load imbalances.
Responsible for monitoring total scope and progress of program plan.
Responsible for 15 ‑ 30 active programs at any time.
Influences, persuades all levels of employees in order to implement a successful program plan.
Analyzes part requirements, orders, schedules reschedules and expedites assigned items.
Provides part number data to information services (order policy, type, estimated usage, lead time) for assigned parts.
Inform appropriate personnel of items not on schedule.
Provides all pertinent data to accounting for terminations.
Provides inputs needed for the proper loading of Bills of Material for new programs.
Provides delivery information for Sales and Program Management.
Coordinates closely with Assembly and Test to optimize the build function in light of parts shortages.
Participates in meetings with Program Management and customers to discuss program status.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Program Analyst.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
The incumbent must have or be rapidly acquire a sound knowledge of Client systems and procedures related to production control, manufacturing, purchasing and data processing.
Also, because of the requirement of the position, he/she must be aggressive, persuasive, self-motivated, communicate effectively, and organize own work load.
