Facility Maintenance Mechanic
Support all aspects of facility maintenance.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot all aspects of factory equipment.
Troubleshoot sources of machinery and equipment problems by observing operation as well as using precision and test measurement tools.
Repair rebuild vacuum pumps vacuum meters, controls, sensors and vacuum ovens.
Perform general building maintenance such as construction, wiring and plumbing as well as basic electrical maintenance.
Support PM requirements for machinery and equipment.
Perform duties safely, effectively and efficiently while maintaining a safe and clean work environment which complies with procedures, rules and regulations.
Contribute to Facility team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Be able to use oscilloscope to repair fully automatic test equipment timing function and interface.
Possess at least 3 years’ experience in a factory or industrial environment with mechanical and electrical experience.
Education: 2 years of college or trade school.
Proficient in basic construction, wiring, plumbing, basic electrical maintenance, equipment maintenance, pneumatics and technical work.
Technical skills with Industrial wiring, plc’s, basic mechanical skills and HVAC are all desired.
Perform computer skills for basic communication and data entry.
Excellent verbal communication skills, work with a positive attitude, have a hands-on ability and be a positive influence on the organization.
Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed
Must be able to read and understand electrical schematic and mechanical drawing.
Electro mechanical experience a plus.
