Endo International Analyst/Sr. Analyst Par Sterile Products in Chestnut Ridge, New York
- Owner of reporting and analysis, quality control, design, development and timely delivery of accurate demand based sales
§ Develop, validate, and generate analytics using internal and external data sources; provide standard and ad hoc reports to the team including but not limited to sales data, market share, key customers, and pricing
- Create reports, graphs, and incorporate them into power point presentations for Sales, Marketing/Product Management and the Executive team
§ Owner of managing the analytics of creating territories, territory budgets, comp plans, and budget achievement. Create and run ranking reports.
Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for integration of information to improve operational efficiencies, systems and reporting
Gather and analyze information to make forecast recommendations by product on a monthly basis. Assist with creating various forecast scenarios for commercial and pipeline products.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and the supply team to assist with managing through supply limitations; recommend product allocations, and analyze impact when competitor supply issues arise
§ Provide support to the sales team and internal teams by coordinating the factors used in new business opportunities including but not limited to customer demand, supply, market share, and market pricing
§ Assist with coordinating/creating new product launch materials, including market data, HDMA forms, product background information
§ Maintain product reference file and assist with ensuring that the product section of the website is up to date
§ Assist with tracking the promotional budget by opening POs and processing invoices
- Responsible for documenting product related department processes and procedures
Education & Experience
Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job
§ 3-5 years business analytics experience
§ 3-5 years data warehousing and business intelligence tools, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
§ Bachelor's degree in business-related field
§ Advanced skills required in MS Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
§ Familiarity with pharmaceutical secondary data sources (IMS) a plus
§ Experience with incorporating multiple data source into business analytics toolset and other system integration
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
