Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.

  • Works closely with Engineers to perform a design of experiment for new technology

  • Uses statistical software to make conclusions on the effects of different parameters

  • Extensive lab workSupports department in a variety of daily tasks

  • Learns to work in a collaborative team environment

  • Participates in and contributes to Associate meetingsAssists team in identifying process improvements

  • Learns process and procedures relative to business operations

  • Participates in departmental projects aligned to company initiatives

  • Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum Experience : Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.75

  • Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of business ethics and office management procedures. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in Minitab a plus.

  • Special Skills: Self-motivated. Strong critical thinking skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills. Ability to follow written and verbal direction. Ability to operate standard office equipment.
