A company in the Gates area is looking for a Sales Admin to join their team! The Sales Administrator will be supporting the sales department with customer service and clerical tasks. This position entails working with multiple departments to ensure great service. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $15-$17/hr, based on experience.

Job Duties:

  • Process sales orders and purchase orders

  • Collaborate with multiple departments

  • Follow up with vendors on tracking shipments

  • Update information for shipping/receiving

  • Answer phone calls as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • 2+ years of previous admin/sales support or customer service experience.
