Citizens Bank is seeking a motivated, highly successful, proven Relationship Manager with experience in moderately to less complex portfolios, and a strong grasp of sales and credit skills. This senior level performer is expected to be able to have an immediate impact. Responsibilities

  • Developconsultative relationships with small business clients in your target marketwith annual revenues ranging from $500K-$5MM.

  • Understandthe client needs, provide value added solutions, manage a portfolio of existingcustomers and drive new commercial customer relationships.

  • Partnereffectively with an award winning business banking team offering awide array of product solutions that will enableyou to enhance the customer experience, increase loyalty and improve theprofitability of customer and the Bank

  • CompleteBusiness Banking University and Drive Sales training in your initial four weekorientation and a commercial credit training program to insure you’re preparedto identify, assess and mitigate lending risk.

  • Maintainstrong market knowledge and develop, retain and expand relationships withCenters of Influence ie. CPA’s and Attorneys.

  • Activelyengage in meaningful community activity to expand potential customer base.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2+years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related businesslending experience preferred.

  • Businessto Business sales experience required.

  • Motivatedself starter with demonstrated leadership ability and potential.

  • Successfullyoperate in a “team” atmosphere building upon and leveraging strong internal andexternal network.

  • Abilityto succeed in a fast paced, demanding sales culture with measured routines andgoals aimed at new loan and deposit generation, cross sales, customer serviceand satisfaction

  • Proficiencywith portfolio/account management preferred.

  • Abilityto understand core business products and services. Proven track record of salesand outside calling skills.

  • Excellentcommunication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Abilityto develop strong customer and colleague relationships.

Education

  • BachelorsDegree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
