Global Technology Services (GTS) at NYU is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage a global Service Delivery team in the technical and cross-functional coordination required to deliver technology services across NYU's international sites, programs, specially-designated sites, and comprehensive ("portal") campuses. This role will oversee development of the global IT service delivery model, including tactical planning and implementation of information technology services, and monitoring and upkeep of performance levels for technology tools provided to NYU's global community
The Service Delivery Manager and Team Lead will collaborate closely with NYU global academic and administrative leaders to gather requirements and client needs and conduct and monitor ongoing service-related communications and outreach. This position will collaborate with central IT service units and other stakeholders located at the international academic centers, in order ensure that technology services meet both local and global academic and administrative needs. 68100 - GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
