Internal Audit (IA) is a global organization of over 1800 professionals covering Citi's global businesses and service to clients and customers in over 160 countries. Citi's Internal Audit division provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management and Citi’s numerous regulators globally. IA is a change agent within Citi aimed to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide to drive positive change and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe.
This position is for a Senior Executive Assistant, reporting to the Chief Auditor of Innovation based in New York. The role will be required to proactively provide all day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Auditor. The duties will be complex and highly confidential in nature and will require a high level of discretion and judgment.
Preparesinternal/external correspondence in addition to maintaining, answering androuting correspondence not requiring the manager’s attention.
Maintains dailyappointment calendar and meetings.
Coordinatestravel arrangements and prepares travel expense statements.
Creates andmaintains files of manager’s correspondence, records, etc.
Assists with adhoc reports, special projects, organizational charts, etc.
Prepares andreviews materials for manager’s use in discussions and meetings.
Coordinates workinvolving confidential company and personnel related information includingperformance appraisals, travel and expenses, vacation schedules, etc.
Trains, coachesor guides other administrative support personnel.
Assist the ChiefAuditor in the preparation of power point presentations for regulators,townhalls and ad hoc conferences and senior executive meetings.
Supports communicationactivities for the IA location including managing logistics for townhalls andlocation-wide or team events, and setting up webex meetings.
Supportsadministrative activities for the IA location, such as:
Coordinatingonboarding activity in relation to new joiners and co-source staff.
Leadinglogistical arrangements for staff training courses held in the location.
Administeringfiling systems and physical records management.
Maintainingnecessary kitchen and office supplies, making requests through Marketplace/P2P.
Assisting in thehandling of corporate credit cards.
Significantsenior level EA experience.
Significantexperience in the financial services industry.
Excellent knowledgeof Microsoft packages, including a proven ability to produce professional powerpoint presentations.
Excellentorganizational skills and ability to work proactively without closesupervision.
Strong judgmentand decision making skills.
Stronginterpersonal skills, strong energy and enthusiasm.
Strongcommunication skills both verbal and written to be able to interact confidentlywith internal clients.
