CohnReznick has an exciting career opportunity in the Technology and Digital Consulting Services team located in our Boston or New York office for a Senior Consultant role focused on technical consulting with clients on Microsoft Cloud applications and O365 / Azure to add to our growing Microsoft Integration Development Practice.

  • The Senior Consultant drives high priority customer initiatives on Cloud disciplines (could be AWS, Azure or Google) with customers. The individual is highly technical, customer facing, and accountable for end-to-end customer cloud deployments.

  • Drive deployment of customer workloads into cloud based systems and increase their consumption of the platform by providing deployment guidance, supporting development of the customers’ cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers

  • Accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts by providing deep technical expertise and support for customers migrating complex workloads to the cloud

  • Adjust and change proposed designs while still addressing customer requirements and timelines


  • Bachelors Degree, Information Technology or related field.

  • Professional Certification in MCSA with O365 and Azure

  • Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends

  • 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical deployment projects

  • Experience in architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications (i.e. having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.)

  • Experience in “migrating” on-premises workloads to the cloud

  • Networking, security or competitive product experience such as Cisco and Amazon and Google is a plus.

  • Ability to stay current on Microsoft technology outside of the work environment compliments this role (i.e. – lab work, Azure tenant, O365 tenant, blogging and writing)

  • Experience in an Information Systems related field such as network engineer with experience conducting and supporting Office 365 Exchange migrations

  • Consulting experience with daily client interaction and proven ability to gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test / implement an approved design

  • Broad knowledge of other Microsoft systems infrastructure products such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server

  • Basic scripting and development skills within PowerShell

  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-sufficient

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and team orientation

  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills

  • High-level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality

  • Demonstrated Initiative and positive can-do attitude
