          of products, brands and international markets.  SUMMARY The candidate’s
          primary responsibilities will be to perform all detail accounting functions
          and analysis, as further described below, for the home licensing businesses.
          Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing accounting
          assistance in support of all facets of the closing process, including
          consolidation of results, monthly and quarterly internal reporting and SEC
          reporting.  The candidate will also be responsible for the monitoring of
          budgets and forecasts and helping to streamline procedures and improve
          internal controls.  Overtime is required.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
          RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:   ·          Maintain & close SAP
          General  Ledger for the Home Licensing Division ·          Prepare monthly
          P&L; statements and balance sheets ·          Prepare monthly detail
          reconciliations and perform account analysis ·          Accumulate and review
          the monthly financial results and prepare variance analysis ·          Prepare
          monthly flash and twice monthly forecasts ·          Assist in the
          accumulation and preparation of the annual budget ·          Document
          procedures and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley
          Act ·          Identify and implement streamlined procedures ·          Assist
          in the accumulation and preparation of the monthly reporting package which
          contains information required for SEC filings ·          Organize and
          structure databases for Home & Product licensees ·          Assist in the
          implementation of a Licensing Software system   QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
          ·      Strong analytical skills & initiative Strong organizational and time
          management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to
          work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,
          etc.).Accounting degree and Big 4 or National Regional Firm audit experience
          (2 year minimum).  Licensing Accounting experience, is preferred.  SAP,
