General Purpose : You are responsible for strategies and execution to improve onsite workflows, drive mobile app adoption, and deliver research insights. You will plan, organize, coordinate, implement and report on rigorous A/B testing on key pages in both mobile and desktop to improve the experience for our audience. You'll be the go-to individual, coordinating with the Marketing team to understand brand objectives and work to ensure onsite optimizations align with brand goals. You'll drive the day to day management of our mobile app marketing efforts in collaboration with our agency partners. You're a data-driven and creative marketer, who proactively identifies new opportunities. You will also manage a small number of research and insights projects that provide valuable and actionable consumer insight. This is a highly collaborative role, which requires working cross functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and sales. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
A/B/n Testing: Advance thoughtful testing strategies to improve conversion rates in key workflows. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clearly define objectives. Design experiences with help of UI team and coordinate with Product Marketing Manager as needed. Ensure alignment on best practices for A/B/n testing.
Campaign management: Further efforts around mobile app acquisition. Manage campaigns to drive a competitive cost per install and make recommendations around improvements.
Project management: Develop a testing calendar to maximize impact. Surface conflicts and project manage tests from start to finish – includes ideating, planning, goal definition, design, development, implementation, QA, and reporting.
Analytics: Leverage analytics platform to monitor key results and report as required. Ensure testing is not adversely impacting performance and take appropriate action as needed. Comfort with data is critical as this role will monitor, analyze, and report on results.
Opportunity analysis: Based on user flows, proactively surface new opportunities to Sr. Marketing Managers to consider.
Onsite experiences: Align onsite experiences with marketing programs as needed. Work with various stakeholders to understand their needs and develop mechanisms to drive continuity in onsite and offsite experiences. Other Duties/Responsibilities
In addition to the main focus on onsite optimization, this role will also be responsible for a small number of research projects in collaboration with our Insights Director.
These projects align with the goal of measuring and improving the site experience and better understanding our audiences.

Requirements: Job Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes o Direct experience in A/B testing tool (e.g. Adobe Target, Monetate, Optimizely, etc.). o Skilled in web analytics platforms (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics). o Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS. Comfortable QAing web experiences. o Experience with mobile app marketing and tools (e.g. Kochava, Adobe Mobile Analytics) o B2C marketing experience is required along with a strong business acumen. o Understanding of digital marketing channels. o Extremely comfortable working with data to develop insights. o Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with cross-functional teams and management. o A natural curiosity and ability to ask good questions and turn ideas to opportunities. o Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results in complex, fast-paced environment. o Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint). o Ability to travel up to 10%.
Required Education and/or Experience o BA or BS degree in Marketing and/or equivalent experience required. o 2-3 years of related marketing experience with a minimum of 1 years in digital marketing. Working Environment/Physical Activities Office environment; some travel may be required. Travel requires the ability to transport a laptop and peripherals and handheld device.
