The Internal Third Party Management (TPM) Program Director is part of Citi’s Chief Third Party Risk Management Office. The TPM Office is accountable for the end–to-end Third Party Management program at Citi. The Internal Third Party Management (TPM) Program Director role is responsible for establishing an effective oversight for Citi's Finance GPO Group, which serves as the utility coordinating the management of Inter-Affiliate relationships. The Internal TPM Program Director also ensures that Citi policies drive common standards across all internal service providers regardless of legal entity, business, and/or region. Internal service providers include all Citi inter-affiliates governed by Intra-Citi Service Agreements (ICSAs) and Additional Documents Required (ADRs).


The Internal Third Party Management Program Director role is responsible to:

•Maintain a strong Internal Third Party Management framework for Citi as a critical component of a comprehensive Citi Third Party Management program

•Provide oversight for Citi's Internal Third Party Management program. Internal suppliers include all Citi inter-affiliates governed by Intra-Citi Service Agreements (ICSAs) and Performance Level Standard Documents (PLSDs)

•Maintains a current state analysis of Citi’s third party internal program including processes, risks, controls, etc.; provide thought leadership to achieve efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of the control environment

•Identify, review and confirm applicable Citi policies and regulatory requirements (US and foreign) that impact internal suppliers in all legal entities, businesses, and/or regions

•Review the expansion of inter-affiliate relationships driven by the Citi Service Centers and provide guidance to achieve consistency and efficiency in oversight controls

•Leverage legacy work; revise, existing processes and establish/enhance controls to address inherent business risks as well as regulatory expectations.

•Partner with the External Third Party Management group and coordinate efforts to ensure that third party policies drive common standards for all types of external and internal third party relationships

•Interact with the enterprise-wide third party management community for best practices sharing


•Candidate with 15+ years of relevant experience in risk management, supplier management (including inter-affiliates), and/or regulatory compliance

•Strong internal Third Party Management background (includes Citi inter-affiliates governed by intra-Citi Service Agreements – ICSAs) in the financial services industry

•Broad and comprehensive knowledge of Citi’s third party management relationships and infrastructure

•Demonstrated leadership skills and executive savvy; ability to influence desired outcomes at all levels of the organization

•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to senior leaders

•Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables in a large, global corporate environment

•Minimum BS/BA degree; advanced degree desired
