Overview:
Top media agency seeks seasoned media analytics and strategy leader for a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple clients on large marketing mix modeling projects.
- Quantify incremental sales that is generated by marketing/media activities utilizing regression analysis.
- Translate data finding into insight to help clients understand brand performance (historical) and make recommendations for future media buying and planning.
- Directly oversee 2-4 direct reports and provide direction/development and training (as needed).
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team and helping to grow the business.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of analytics experience, with strong client facing responsibilities.
- 3-5 + years of hands on statistics with an emphasis on Marketing Mix Modeling.
- Experience leading both staff and large scale projects.
- Broad advanced analytics techniques ie. factor analysis, predictive modeling, logistic regression, etc…
- Prefers media/agency background with an advanced degree a plus.
