The Associate Broker will provide support to the Broking team in the marketing and servicing of our client’s property programs. This position will support various brokers, senior client managers and client managers as a part of each account team and works with clients and underwriters.
Participate in line of business strategy
Assist with preparing new and renewal business submissions and proposals
Assist in the preparation of client pre renewal strategy documentation
Review and help scrub client statement of values and COPE data
Run analytical models
Support quotation review
Update side by side comparisons – help produce client quotation presentation material
Communicate and help negotiate terms with Underwriters
Help produce placement schematics
Assist in the review of binders
Help prepare and present cover confirmation documentation
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues
Ensure compliance with Willis Excellence Model and Regulatory procedures
Insurance broker's license required, or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
Ability to communicate clearly with others, through email, phone and in person
Customer service background preferred.
Some insurance knowledge a plus.
