SCO is looking for a well- qualified bilingual Spanish-speaking full time case
worker!
**MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* The goal is to ensure the safety and enhance the well being of children and families facing many stressors.
* Home visits are required.
* The candidate must have the ability to meet required standards, to maintain case records, make home visits, school visits, advocate for family’s needs, as well as monitor medical and educational services.
* The agency provides for onsite trainings in family systems, strong professional development opportunities, and offers supervision by LCSWs.
* Full-time position, some evenings are required, flexible schedule, full benefits.
* Salary is commensurate with experience.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Education/Degree: MSW or equivalent, or
-Bachelor’s level with significant experience in family and children’s services.
* Recent MSW graduates welcome, BA level with at least 3 years of related experience
* Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
* Excellent communication skills are needed and interpersonal skills are a must.
* Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
* Must be computer literate
