          Description: Administers, directs and coordinates activities of Patient Care Administration with assigned departments, and is responsible for the recommendation development and implementation of policies and procedures in these areas, and for keeping the Director of Inpatient Services and VP/Patient and Clinical Services informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. Maintains operational aspects of patient care units in collaboration with the Patient Care Unit(s). Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current registration as a licensed professional nurse in New York State Bachelors' Degree preferred Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience, including experience in nursing management. Demonstrates leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations Possesses good oral and written communication skills Demonstrates interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communications, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development
