The Customer Service Representative role is to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, clear and continuous communication between the production department and the customer. First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling, etc. Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty. Duties involve answering phones and data entry. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Excellent communication abilities are essential.
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Enter orders and provide quotes
Input data into computer system; verify recorded information to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Open customer accounts and maintain updates by recording account information.
Review and respond to customer email requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Upsell products and services.
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; follow up to ensure resolution of issue is resolved and communicated to the customer.
Liaise with sales, engineers, shop managers, and administrators to assist in prioritizing and tracking product delivery dates.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Recommend processes for improvements.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

.-Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent Microsoft Excel and Access skills required. Profit Key knowledge is preferred.
