The Night Operations Accounting Unit provides overnight proof processing coverage, maintains financial controls, insures integrity of reconciling activities, and bridges upstream and downstream partners within a reconcilement environment. The night analyst role is to ensure proper resolution of all escalations and issues that may arise during the shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides proof and reconciling support for respective products

  • Compiles, posts, and reconciles various proof entries for multiple proofs from limited to moderate complexity

  • Monitors batch feeds for accurate, timely, and successful processing

  • Applies detailed technical knowledge that delivers quality service and achieves operating efficiency

  • Supports activities related to compliance and control

  • Participates in process improvement initiatives and proof processing projects

  • Trains new team members with procedural tasks

  • Acts as team escalation point of contact with multiple stakeholders, such as technology, data centers, command centers, proof sending areas, accounting and financial control, and customer service

Rotating Monday through Friday, 4x10 shift from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am. One day off during the week.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in related business experience

  • Basic skills in MS Office

  • Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills for problem identification and resolution

  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Knowledge of Flex Cube and related reconcilements
